malaysia bank house loan interest rate Okay so you can’t have french fries, but these gluten free snacks on the go are almost as good!
http://www.vip-city-magazin.de/?q=bad-credit-car-loans-instant This is a new one for me, and an instant favorite. I found this sandwich alternative on sale at UCLA and it makes for the perfect snack / part of lunch. The salami & colby jack one I had (and pictured) packs in 16g of protein. Not to mention with all that cheese, um DELICIOUS! You can find them near you using this store locator.
2). GF Pretzels & Peanut Butter
source Glutino brand makes by far the best GF pretzels in my opinion. It’s super easy to throw some in a ziploc bag along with one of those single servings of Jif or Skippy (I think even Justins almond butter makes them if that’s more your speed) and have them together wherever you’re at. If you are trying to save money, you can make you own peanut butter / almond butter single servings to go by spooning as much as you’d like into a little tupperware.
3). Perfect Bars
Pro tip: Costco sells a variety pack of these bad boys for a whole lot cheaper than if you buy them individually. If you’ve never had a Perfect bar, it basically tastes like it’s made entirely of peanut butter or almond butter (my fave!) but has a bunch of sneaky veggies and minerals inside plus 12-13g of protein. These bars have absolutely nothing artificial and make my tummy so happy. Definite perk! Get the combo pack at Costco or find them in stores with this store locator.
4). Roasted Sweet Potato
I’m all for lazy cooking AKA preheat the oven to 375, cut a sweet potato into chunks, toss it with some coconut oil and cinnamon, and let em bake for an hour. Make as much as you like and then take a ziploc full for the rest of the week to munch on.
Pretty much all yogurt is gluten free – provided there’s no granola or oreos on top (RIP those childhood yogurts that had oreos as a mix in). Lately I’ve been loving Siggi’s (especially when I can find it on sale) but Fage & Yoplait are also favorites.
6). Krave Jerky
Any of you who have bought this jerky know it’s pricier than others, but it’s also worth it in my opinion. I’ve rarely had a bag of Krave that wasn’t super soft and juicy meat – not the traditional tough, dry jerky you’d expect. Not to mention that in addition to beef jerky, Krave offers turkey jerky and pork as well. It’s carried in most grocery stores so it makes for an easy fix when gluten free options are limited. And duh, delicious. Find Krave near you with the store locator.
I love getting my dates from the farmers market (LOL it’s funny because I picked up a guy there once too) but you can totally get them at the market too. Pair them with some peanut butter / almond butter or just enjoy them plain. These sugary little bites will give you a boost of energy on the go.
8). Cheese Balls
Bel Gioioso makes these awesome, individually wrapped mozzarella packages that are also sold at Costco. If you’re not vegan, buy these like yesterday. Each package comes with three mini cheese balls, taste great, and you get to say cheese balls which is always a plus.
9). Any GF Cereal
Yes, Lucky Charms is gluten free. You’re welcome 😉 No but seriously, what could be easier than throwing some cereal in a bag for on the go snacking? And if you pick up a little bottle of milk and throw it in the baggie as you walk from class to class, I’m totally not judging.
Equally as fun to say as cheese balls. And even easier to find. Costco does have a huge tub of mixed nuts (hellooo value) but you can also find nuts basically anywhere. Cashews are my absolute favorites, so pick yours, toss some in your bag, and you’re all set.
I have the closest thing you can have to a popcorn fetish without actually having to label it as a fetish, ya feel? I will eat popcorn anytime, anywhere, in any form. Buttered? Caramel? Zebra? I’m so down. Thank goodness this one is gluten free and V portable.
12). Grape Leaves
Final Costco plug. These stuffed grape leaves rock. Rice and oil and vinegar and veggies…sign me up! I currently have three in my bag and those three will be gone pronto.
Hope you guys enjoyed this snack round up and have found some new additions to your weekly routine!
