Truth be told, I miss the relationship I had with oatmeal. Yes, I was forced to stray from my loyal companion as of recently when my nutritionist asked me to steer clear of oat products until I get my Celiac disease (gluten free-ness for those of you not familiar) under control. So whether you’re internally motivated to play the field of breakfast foods, or have been ordered to do so by someone really smart – this one’s for you.
